Itching, redness and scaling can occur in several conditions. The pattern, history and examination help determine whether eczema, psoriasis or another problem is responsible.
A plan that can change with you
Care may include moisturization, prescribed topical treatment and, where indicated, other medical treatments. Follow-up helps assess control and adjust the plan. We see children and adults.
Understand the type of light therapy
Red and infrared LED services are different from ultraviolet medical phototherapy. They should not be presented as equivalent treatments for eczema or psoriasis. Discuss evidence and alternatives before adding any supportive procedure.
